Information you provide. When you complete the contact form on this site, we collect your first name, surname, email address, organisation (if provided), and the contents of your message.

Technical information. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may collect basic technical information about your visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, for security and reliability purposes. This is not used to personally identify you.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide through the contact form to respond to your enquiry, follow up with relevant information, and discuss potential project work. We do not use your information for marketing or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Legal basis for processing

We process the information you submit through the contact form on the basis of your consent (given by submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services. Technical information collected for security is processed on the basis of legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available.

Who we share your information with

We share your information only with service providers who help us operate the website and respond to enquiries:

• Resend — used to deliver contact form submissions to our inbox. See Resend's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare — used to host the website and protect it from malicious traffic. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or marketing platforms.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry emails for as long as is reasonably needed to respond and follow up — typically up to two years from your last contact with us, or longer where we have ongoing project work together. If you'd like us to delete your information sooner, please get in touch.
